Cancellation Policy

$75.00 fee if registration is cancelled after only ebooks (downloadable materials) and access to webinars are sent. $100.00 fee if registration is cancelled after all ebooks (downloadable materials), access to webinars, and audio and printed materials are sent. For the latter, a $7.00 processing  fee and S/H cost will be added to the total. But to qualify for refund, cancellations should be done by e-mail within 24 hours after registration. As well, we should receive all print/audio books sent before refund can be granted. Read our FAQ for details.
